Flor highly effective antibiotic with broad spectrum activity against gram-positive and gram-negative, aérobnıx and anaérobnıx bakterïï.

Florfenicol is a synthetic antibiotic which acts by inhibiting protein synthesis in the bacterial cell. In protoplasm, florfenicol molecule attached to 70 S ribosomal subunit and works by inhibiting the enzyme peptidyl – transferazы , kotoryya stops ribosomal protein synthesis of sensitive bacteria. Florfenicol is a derivative of thiamphenicol. Its molecule contains fluorine atom instead of the hydroxyl group, active against bacteria, produtsiruyushtih acetyl – transferazы and chloramphenicol – resistant bacteria. In contrast to chloramphenicol, Florfenicol molecule does not contain nitrogen, aplasticheskoй cause anemia.

Показания к применению:

Showed dlyalecheniya intestinal and respiratory diseases, and other systemic diseases, caused by bacteria, especially of salmonella in poultry .

Птицы : colibacillosis , пастереллез, насморк, staph infection, infectious rhinitis.

Способ применения и дозы :

Свиньи: daily dose: 1,5-2 mg florfenicol / kg body weight ( a pig in 100 kg : 1,5-2 ml flowers) . Duration of treatment is 7 days.

Птицы : daily dose: 20 mg florfenicol / kg body weight in drinking water.

1 мл / 2 liter of water for 3-5 days.

Slaughter for meat is permitted not earlier, than 5 days after the last administration of the drug.
